Dry Lining and Dry Wall Partitioning
We provide a complete internal dry lining service. This covers wall linings, metal stud partitioning, metal furring and suspended ceilings. The structures that we fit can use the complete range of plasterboards, including sound insulation, fire resistance, thermal insulation and vapour control. The boards are used in conformity with the stipulations of leading manufacturers such as Lafarge, British Gypsum and Knauf. Our technical experience and careful logistic planning allows us to give unbiased advice on the most appropriate and cost effective structures to meet their needs.
Fast Track
We can also supply and fit Fast Track Drywall Systems, Fast track metal framed internal partitions, and Structural Load Bearing fast track metal framing systems,
Solid and Demountable Suspended Ceilings can be supplied with integrated with services and lighting.
Fire Protection - Structural steel encasement and proprietary fire stopping
Plastering and Rendering
We offer either traditional hand-applied or spray methods of plastering and rendering. We are practiced in a wide range of exterior finishes and textures, ranging from sand and cement rendering to machine operated systems. We have found that zero maintenance requirements have made very popular the self-coloured rendering such as K-rend and Monocouche. We offer a wide range of dedicated techniques and finishes applied by skilled tradesmen.
Floor Screeding
We can provide either pump or hand applied screeds. Self-levelling anhydrite floor screeds removes the need for construction joints. They are self-compacting with negligible cracking and provide a cost efficient screed.
